1) Connect to who you truly are. Write down moments in your life when you felt like time stood still and you felt completely alive!
2) Share your gifts without hesitation or doubt. Write down what you love to do—what you would eagerly jump to do for your closest friend.
3) Celebrate what is reflected back to you in your life—it’s all an opportunity to learn and grow.
Notice this week what you see in your world. Take a moment to assess on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being “not at all” and 10 being “completely”) how well what you see aligns with who you are. What is one adjustment you can make to improve that alignment?
