How many great ideas of yours have actually become a reality? Jane Kerschner will share her story of honoring her purpose, showcasing her husband’s beautiful photography (www.chazimages.com), and realizing her desire to “make something happen” with three very special coaching colleagues, Irene Kelly (MN), Carol Harris Fike (CO), and Tom Hatton (Germany). After hundreds of hours of phone meetings, they created the tool, JICT Images: Journey with Intuition & Creativity to Transformation, to allow individuals and teams share what is really on their minds and in their hearts.
To use the images yourself as you listen to the show, please go to www.JICTimages.com.

Jane’s Coaching Suggestion
From a magazine or from your own photo selection, gather a series of ~15 images that move you. You may want to glue them to a piece of card board to make them sturdier. Use them in the next group activity that you do. Ask each person to select an image to introduce themselves to the group or to share something about themselves that no one may know. Sit back and watch what happens as the connections and caring within your group develops. Sharing from the heart and soul allows for new possibilities to emerge.

On December 22, 2010, Beth and I interviewed our colleague Jane Kerschner about her purpose journey and where it is taking her. We discussed her role in the development of JICT Images—a box of 72 evocative photographs with accompanying questions that challenge its users to enter into meaningful conversations. Jane shared with us several of the ways we can use the images and demonstrated how the images help us reflect upon our past, present, and future. In her words, “JICT Images is a tool that inspires language that reveals what the heart speaks. The images serve as a midwife to bring forth conversations of care, relevance, meaning, aliveness, and connect to what really matters. It brings people together quickly and goes deep just as quickly to places that would not have been possible otherwise.” Many of the images are beautiful; all of the images are stimulating. An excellent tool for calling forth deep conversation. Enjoy the interview. Enjoy the images. Enjoy Jane.
Warmly,
Jory Fisher

Jory and Beth,
What a treat it was for me to be a guest on your Heart and Soul Radio Show! I loved how the three of us danced through the hour! Women Find Purpose is a beautiful vehicle to showcase women who have a story to tell about their search for purpose and meaning. I am very fortunate to have had this platform to share about my journey for purpose and to showcase the JICT Images, which are near and dear to my heart. Thank you so very much for helping me feel so comfortable and free to share ‘who I am’ in such a public way. It was truly an amazing experience to have the spotlight on me! Our conversation was transformative for me and gave my children the opportunity to see me in a whole new light.

I hope many of our readers take advantage of your generosity and use this marvelous tool.
Bless you, my friend,

God has blessed Jane with great talent. I will use the idea of presenting a collection of images to a group for a workshop activity at and upcoming speaking engagement. Thanks for the inspiration!

As a creator of JICT Images, I appreciated hearing my colleague, Jane, share how images inspire metaphors to get folks to the “heart of the matter”. I have experienced the power of metaphors in my work and encourage anyone who leads people to use images (JICT or otherwise) to support creation, innovation, problem solving or something as simple as opening a meeting. The benefit is immediate and amazing!

Thank you for encouraging our readers to use images and metaphors, Irene. I couldn’t agree with you more. And thank you for helping create such a fabulous tool. We love it!
Warmly,
Jory
