It has been quite a while since I could listen to an entire show. The part that meant the most to me was about sharing our struggles and vulnerability with others. I really agree that what we do NOT share with others is often those things we usually hide (out of fear or embarrassment) because how we have had to struggle to get where we are. Often this is what others most need to know about us, especially if they view us as successful and themselves as failures. Also loved the closing comment that we need to follow our inspiration as “it is our head that keeps us small” . Great show..

Richard, thanks for sharing your “take-aways.” The feedback is really helpful. Sharing your story of struggle is the fastest way to create rapport. It is also one way to begin positioning yourself as an expert in your field.
Warmly,
Loren
