Every woman has a story. It’s time to tell yours.
Before you were ever born, God designed you with a unique purpose to discover and fulfill on this earth. We’ve heard it countless times, right? So many times, perhaps, that we tend to silence the tug on our hearts even now and wonder if our lives will ever truly count for something.
Jo Ann has walked this journey, this search for meaning, purpose, and fulfillment. This need to find her voice, to use her story to make a difference. And in that journey, she’s learned that regardless of how intensely we long to do something great for God, emotional wholeness is our top priority purpose in life.
Far too often lingering emotional hurts attempt to block God’s plan for our lives. We have a message worth sharing, but there’s this part of us that can’t help but wonder if what we say really matters–if we ourselves matter. And these doubts breed fears, the sort of fears that cripple us from carrying the message God intends us to carry.
This battle for our voices is intense. We want to be free. To feel true joy. We want to matter. But our worlds are loud, filled with friends, family, and co-workers as well as social demands and outside negative influences.
In the midst of all this noise, we tend to lose the voices that matter most—both our own and that of the God who whispers to our hearts.
Jo Ann helps us hear again in the ways that matter most. Ways that will bring more joy and happiness. That will free us to live with boldness and courage. She helps us share those stories we’ve been hesitant to share.

Jo Ann’s Success Tip
That story you’re scared to share–that story has the power to change both your life and the lives of others.
On this journey to find our voices, we must first hear Gods. We must allow Him to shape our lives and strengthen our voices, ridding our lives of these false voices {lies and false beliefs} and the sense of power they have over us. We have to pay more attention to the times where God plans intersect with our own dreams, those moments when He feels most real and we feel most alive.

Jory, thanks so much for this interview with Jo Ann! I love her message and her book and I am thrilled to hear her share her heart on air! This is a message that needs to be heard as there are so many women who have walked some pretty rough paths and don’t know how to move out of the past and into the future and the purpose that God has for them. I believe finding our voice is key to moving into that purpose.
Again…wonderful show!
