Jory Fisher has enjoyed a diverse career in government, law, education, and entrepreneurship. As an attorney in Virginia for nearly 30 years, she specialized in juvenile delinquency, criminal law, child abuse and neglect, and domestic relations. She also served as a founding faculty member of Liberty University School of Law and as its first Associate Dean for Career & Professional Development.
Jory resigned from the law school in 2008 to launch her business as a professional coach. Now, with over a decade of experience in the industry, she serves as a coach, trainer, and community builder for small business owners and entrepreneurs. Her credentials include Certified Business Coach & Startup Expert, Certified B.A.N.K.® IOS Coach, Licensed & Certified B.A.N.K.® Trainer, Certified Business Networker, and Master Certified Christian Coach. She owns and operates Network in Action Harford County in Harford County, Maryland.
Jory graduated Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude from Southern Methodist University. She received her Master’s degree in Spanish from Middlebury College and earned her law degree from the University of Virginia.
Her honors and awards include ACHI Magazine 2019 Woman of Achievement (DC/MD/VA); Alignable 2018 Small Business Person of the Year (Bel Air, MD); the Daughters of the American Revolution 2008 Women in American History Award (Lynchburg, VA Chapter), and the University of Virginia‘s 2006 Women History Month Award. She’s featured as an entrepreneur and coauthor in America’s Leading Ladies, America’s STAR Entrepreneurs, and The Successful Mind.
